breaking heart in "stew"

getting over someone is like cooking a stew...

you sautee all the basic ingredients
-- salt for the tears you've cried, onions for the things that made you cry, garlic for the remnants of your broken relationship which started great but ended badly

you let these contain in a pot together with the meat and veggies and let it simmer til it's boiling -- same with your feelings, you bottle it all up -- drain all your emotions til you could muster so no residues would be left behind

you open the lid so the steam would come out -- once you contain all your emotions, LET IT ALL OUT, cry til the last drop... scream if you have to just to vent out your frustrations... this will totally cleanse your soul...

then check if the dish is ready, if it isn't add more spices and let it simmer again using moderate heat -- after releasing your angst, anger and hurt... you feel better afterwards but if you don't, repeat the process once more until you are back to your old self once again without the bitter pill anymore..

afterwards, the dish is ready to serve... serves up to 4 peeps this is the time for you to mingle with your family and friends and enjoy the finer things in life without him/her...

I guess in order for us to move on totally is to go thru the heart-wrenching process and NEVER take any short-cuts coz you'll only go back to square one, RELAPSE ika nga... anyway, after all the tears, laughter comes in
